Several studies have been conducted on the positive effects of earthing, Sometimes however one picture can say more than 1000 words. A customer sent us this picture. The cats had slept all night on the  earthing mat and the next day they were still on it. There can be no scientific proof to beat that!

Results indicate that grounding the human body to earth during sleep reduces night-time levels of cortisol and re-synchronizes hormone cortisol secretion more in alignment with the natural 24-hour circadian rhythm profile.
